Who we are, how we are funded, and what we will not publish

Not affiliated, and what that means practically

We are not Zula Casino, SCPS LLC or Blazesoft Ltd. We have no access to accounts, balances, redemptions or support systems. We cannot recover a forfeited balance, unlock an account, chase a payout or escalate a complaint.

If you need any of those, the operator is the only party who can act. Our support page explains how to reach them, and why we do not publish an unverified phone number.

How we source figures

Every number on this site comes from the operator's own published pages — the homepage, promotions, terms, sweepstakes rules and eligibility requirements — or from public court records in the case of the litigation.

They are held in a single file so that a figure cannot drift between pages, and each carries a note recording where it came from. When the operator's own pages contradict each other, as they currently do on the Gold Coin welcome figure, we publish both and say so rather than picking the more attractive one.

Where we could not verify something, we say we could not verify it. That applies to the daily Sweeps Coin amount, the VIP tier thresholds and the support phone number.

What we will not publish

Some of these cost us traffic. They are deliberate.

• Fabricated user reviews or star ratings. We host no user reviews and emit no rating schema. Inventing testimonials to win a rich result is deceptive, and it is a structured-data violation regardless.
• Promo codes we have not checked. If a code does nothing, we say it does nothing.
• An unverified support phone number. Fake casino support numbers are a known fraud vector. Our reasoning.
• A login form. We are not the operator and will never ask for credentials.
• APK download links. Repackaged gambling APKs are a real malware risk. Our reasoning.
• RTP tables we cannot source. Operators configure RTP per title, so figures copied from elsewhere are misleading where it matters most.
• Silence about the litigation. It has its own page.

How the money works

When somebody registers through a link marked as an offer, we may receive a commission from the operator. It costs you nothing and does not change the offer you receive.

What it inevitably creates is an incentive to be positive. We manage that by keeping factual claims tied to sourced figures, publishing the uncomfortable material prominently rather than burying it, and declining the specific practices above.

We do not claim the incentive has no effect — anyone claiming that is asking you to trust an assertion instead of a structure. What we can do is disclose it on every page and let you weigh our conclusions accordingly.

Corrections

Bonus values change, terms are revised and dockets move. Each page carries the date it was last reviewed, which reflects when the facts were checked rather than when a word was last edited.

If something here is wrong, we would like to fix it. Accuracy on the lawsuit and eligibility pages matters most, because those are the ones where being wrong could cost a reader real money.
